Wink Testing

I've been looking at a Place method over the past three days but unfortunately there is not much action.

1) Must be the outright top pointer in the CP and D neural categories,
2) The race must have a maximum of 11 runners.

Over the three days the results are:
Monday - 1 selection for one placegetter for a profit of $0.50.
Tuesday - 3 selections for two placegetters for a loss of $0.70
Wednesday - 5 selections for four placegetters for a profit of $2.50.

This is seven placegetters from nine selections for a profit of $2.30.

I know this is a miniscule example but there were three selections that were top in the D category but only equal top in the CP category - they were all placed.

There are no selections today, but there are two that are top in the D category but only equal top in CP. They are:

Bunbury 4/9
Sale 4/4

So Michaelg, do you back them for a place even if there are less than 8 runners?

T.O.

Yes, but at the moment there have been too few samples to confidently answer your query. However yesterday's $3.00 placegetter was in a NTD race.

The two selections today placed for a total return of $3.10, one was in a NTD race. The other two selections (top D and equal top CP neural categories) have yet to run.

So far so good...

From the 8 selections there were 6 placegetters for a return of $10.80.

And from the 3 selections that had equal points in CP there was one placegetter for a return of $4.50

I'm no longer including those selections that are equal-top in the CP even though it's in profit. So from today the selection has got to have outright top points in both neural categories.

Today's selections:

Hobart
1/1
3/4
8/2

Ballarat
1/4
7/4

Pakenham
3/12

Sun Coast
7/4

Ballina
2/7

Mt Gambier
5/4

There were 6 placegetters from the 9 selections for a return of $10.30.

Since posting the selections here last Friday there have been 14 placegetters from 19 selections for a return of $24.20.

Another simple strategy, effective too.

Begs the question.. a lay strategy around these 2 settings or have you thought of this already??

Cheers LG
