Just keep backing up on Great Britain to beat Australia in the gold medal tally, Great Britain to win 22+ gold medals, Australia to win less than 15 gold medals and if you can find odds on Great Britain beating Russia to take 3rd place on the gold medal tally, take that as well.

Cycling road race - Mark Cavendish at about $3.75

They've set this course up so that it suits him down to the ground. They're pinning their hopes on him and it's hard to see him being beaten.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if he won. If they have betting on just getting a medal, think I'd definitely be taking him.

..kookaburras had a few injury problems last year but look to be back on track at the right time
