Anyone know of any good sites that provide tips for SAf, Irish & UK horse racing?

Preferably with 4 tips per race.

I use the TAB site for my Aus, NZ, Sing & HK punting work, but these don't do those mentioned above.

Is there an overseas equivalent that people know of?

I thought all the oz tabs operated on South Africa, UK & Ireland races, & provide tips?

I have checked numerous times on TAB site, but when I have, I haven't seen any tips, even though they have the races available for betting.
