Notice in race 2 today CRIMINAL INTENT (no. 2) is starting. This horse previously mentioned on this thread per medium of a good recent trial performance. Has a good first-up record - 4 2-0-1

..and there's a couple of other earstern staters having their first start in WA today...Race 1 No. 1 He's Smokin - also has a good first-up record: 4 3-0-0 and did win a recent barrier trial way down south at Albany...and Race 6 No. 8 Go For Gold - hasn't raced since Nov 04 but does have a reasonable first-up record: 6 2-1-0
