Default USPGA Championship
Unwise to leave out Jordan Spieth ($8) or Rory McIlroy ($14)
Although Jordan has gone quiet lately & Rory is returning from injury.
Jason Day ($15) & Adam Scott ($31) - both totes - hopefully will do well.
My outsiders, both totes, Martin Kaymer ($80) & Branden Grace ($85)

according to rory, 100% fit to play golf
recently played his 3rd consecutive day of golf at whistling straits
to get in a bit of practice
