Now let’s see. If I had boxed your selections for the tri purplepassion I would have a total outlay of (1/2 unit) $96 (actually a little bit less you had a scr) Anyway total outlay $96 return (1/2 divi) $234.30 total profit $138.30 giving a of POT 144% (I think! – it’s a bit early in the morning for the old grey matter cogs to turn).

Bottom line in any case a great result purplepassion! Tip Top

Great team effort in the end sportzfan with Stone Man setting it up for his grey mate Rose Of Somerset!!

Seriously though he went way too fast too early. The Northam straight is not a short one but he did fight on okay in the end. Fitter for that run.

ALIKE is the one to beat. Has a good draw and the Hawkes / Beadman combination is always hard to hold out.

At his best DENMARKET could test ALIKE and represents huge EW value at the moment.

AIRSTREAM is another that represents great EW value and provided he can handle the step back in distance and less roomier track he could surprise.

Yeh after the first 600 I thought he'd be in trouble but as you say will strip fitter for the run.

Cool JAYCO CUP

I think the former west aussie will be too classy! agree Alike a good chance also like the David Hayes trained Tirdlettar if the sting’s out of the ground and Roubechon who although winning a Sunday meet at his most recent start was most impressive in doing so

Denmarket
Roubechon
Alike
Tirdlettar

..i know (16) EL SEGUNDO is short but IS thrown in at the weights and just needs to be able to run a solid 2400 to win.. (18) LEICA FALCON has a top strike rate is proven at the distance and with nothing on his back should run a giant race.. (5) PLASTERED for 3rd as i cant see him being fully wound up for this,,,and chuck in the o/s horse (6) CARTE DIAMOND..market says a bolter but now and again the market can get it wrong
