Betfair SP help with multiple bets
I have a question before I go and change my bot.
If I was to have multiple bets on a horse (lays) and the liability of each is less then $30 but the combined total is greater then $30 and they both are marked as to go to market on close SP will they both be rejected or will they be added together? For example I attempt to lay a horse on the exchange at : (same horse) $20 at $5.00 (convert to Market on Close SP bet) $20 at $4.50 (convert to Market on Close SP bet) The total liability of each is less then $30 minimum liability but combined they are $40 which is enough. I am thinking they will be rejected as not meeting the minimum. I can test this myself if no one knows the answer but thought I would ask first. |

Hi, UB.
I am under the strong impression that regardless of the total outlay, that if any horse is tried to be layed for less than the minimum $30 S.P. then all Lays on the screen will be rejected (none accepted) until the offending horse is wiped from the screen or changed to at least $30. In fact I believe if you increase it to $30 then you have to look at another screen and then come back to the original screen and input the info again. I've sometimes accidentally inputted less than $30 and have had to go through all this rigmorole just to get into the screen, and start all over again.
