Of course when you read the advertising promo for next weeks report , they will spin last nights effort into a huge success.

The bloke spends time doing his report and believes he is warranted in receiving renumeration for his time.
But if I dig a hole and then fill it in again , have I done anything?

Once I get something happening with my Greyhound Studies , I may start charging $22 for my report , but only if there is a demonstrated $22 Value in it.
Surely if a tip is sold , and it fails , then the customer is entitled to a refund at least.

If i knew the best place to get form similar to that for horse racing i would create a ratings program for greys and even the trots.
