KALANGADOO CUP
Thought of this thread when doing the form for the KALANGADOO CUP over 1700m at Penola today.
The thread omen tip would have to be IRISH JESTER.!
Not without a genuine chance if he can run out the 1700.
And I think I’ve got the topical tri for the same race. IRISH JESTER (of course) with BEEN LAUGHING and YOU'RE JOKING
BEEN LAUGHING doesn’t look too well weighted but is capable of filling a place. And YOU'RE JOKING at his 3rd start back after a spell would almost be a special on best form so anywhere near that would make him very competitive today.
Personally I’m expecting Clare Lindop’s mount SUPER BOOM to be the one to beat. Not far away all 3 runs since a spell and will appreciate the step up in distance of todays race.
