Unfortunately, it's the same in North America. I've always found it interesting that it's ok when CHANCE is on their side, but not when it's on yours. It's the same chance. Sure, if someone is actually manipulating the situation that's one thing but if you're playing within the rules what's wrong? I suppose Kasparov, Karpov, Fischer and all the other chess greats should be banned because they ********** by thinking ahead as to what their next moves should be. Truly shameful!
