Owners of disqualified Kentucky Derby winner Maximum Security have filed a lawsuit in US District Court asking that the Churchill Downs stewards' decision be reversed.
Maximum Security was disqualified for causing interference to other runners.
Maximum Security's jockey was suspended for 15 days.
The race was awarded to 65/1 longshot Country House.
