Default math help

IF
a selection method is being counted in this way;

Races Counted: 4722.
Selections rated: 5 ( can only bet for Win).
Average Divs ~ 3.50

These came 1st of the top 5 rated:
Top Rated scores to come 1st out of the 4722: 1100
2nd rated scores to come 1st out of the 4722: 815
3rd rated scores to come 1st out of the 4722: 670
4th rated scores to come 1st out of the 4722: 643
5th rated scores to come 1st out of the 4722: 552
-------------------------------------------------
These came 2nd of the same top 5 rated:
Top Rated scores to come 2nd out of the 4722: 757
2nd rated scores to come 2nd out of the 4722: 790
3rd rated scores to come 2nd out of the 4722: 674*
4th rated scores to come 2nd out of the 4722: 674* ( not a misprint)
5th rated scores to come 2nd out of the 4722: 681
-------------------------------------------------
These came 3rd of the same top 5 rated:
Top Rated scores to come 3rd out of the 4722: 739
2nd rated scores to come 3rd out of the 4722: 703
3rd rated scores to come 3rd out of the 4722: 722
4th rated scores to come 3rd out of the 4722: 672
5th rated scores to come 3rd out of the 4722: 680
--------------------------------------------------

What can I do with these numbers, or how can I give it a point value
of 10, 10 being the highest scorer ? ( if this is the method of scoring)
In some cases all 5 selections never scored a 1st, 2nd or 3rd placing.
