Following the running of this race, the track was upgraded to dead (5)
Why the stewards couldn't have done this before the race is beyond me?
I had previously dismissed the eventual winner (was on my original short-list) as a genuine chance as he had 9 starts in slow / heavy for no wins & 3 places!
