from following the thread for a while and watching kiwiz prices. i can only say that his 'draw or win' bets. are usually the draw no bet prices. which means a refund if its a draw, not paid out to you. a half ball price is substantially smaller than his quoted prices, which is what a true draw or win bet would be.
