Thanks Chrome, certainly a professional looking job  but you misconstrued what I meant, or more likely I didn't explain very well.
What I wanted was to put in a column for paper prices and have it auto recalculate the odds after scratchings.
I finally got it done - very messy, took 6 columns although 3 of them can be 'hidden'. I knew there was a way cause I can sit down with a calculator and pencil and achieve the result. There may be a more efficient way but it works.
I have attached the file in case anyone else wants it.
