reasonably simple place system
 

target the horses that have had at least 3 runs and have a win rate of at least 20% of these you divide prizemoney by runs.......and then divide wins by number runs add the total and highest score is the selection seems to me it throws more places than wins.........ps.to simplyfy the dividing of prize money i round example 120000 then becomes 120 easier number to work with
