i think the track suited Careel Boy yesterday..the short straight plays into his style...he sort of races prominent and sticks on...but on a longer straight you could see Dancing Daggers run over all of them...
I risked Dancing daggers yesterday because of the tight track,,,betfair should of been my go in that race....

Actually it was the Villiers (group 2) in 2001. I remember it well because I had a good bet on Carael Boy in that one. I also remember that I took a 4 horse box trifecta and my picks finished 1-2-3-4 and I didn't take a first 4.

Anyway, he also won a couple of other group 3 races early on too in amongst a string of wins. Actually, I just looked back at his form and coming into the Stradbroke of 2002 he had 14 wins from his first 19 starts!!! He finished 11th in the Stradbroke and in just over 3 years since then, he'd only won 2 races from 35 starts! That was before yesterday.

No tips today boys ??? does everyone have their noses in the form guides and video screens for tomorrows races..

How hard is Melbourne tomorrow...speed maps are driving me crazy..easier to throw a dart in some of those..

great story at Grafton...Abrahams who recently died ina ar accident ,his partner Leanne Frankland bolts the winner in just after a minutes silence for him..
alot of tears in Grafton i'm guessing..

good to get the first over the line..Suubird should never be ridden over 1200m..hope you got on Luv2 i know you've followed him of late..

quiet day for me...our Showday holiday down here...have the video working over time..the races on a smaller tv..a six pack and the Sportsman ..
..was going to the races and would of been nice there cheering him over the line..might of got better odds to ,,
