Breeders Plate is an interesting race. I think the winner will come from:

2 Husson Lightning...good stable and jockey, good trial, will firm no value well bred
4 Maxisun...very quick trial, beasely's pick
5 Murtajill...good run behind maxisun but wide barrier well bred
8 Richaz...come in from 30s to 7s overnight, won trial by 2 len but slower
9 Royal Esprit...pick of the trials, missed the start by 6 and won by 3 len, my top pick

When you study the weights and tiny margins of when they last met in GI, I won't be surprised to see RTW knocked off by one of the the other 3 above. Especially the Hawkes 2 runners with a big weight advantage turnaround.

Mnemosyne is still a question mark after an injury a few starts back but we might see a different horse today.

Activation..impressed with his last few runs...gets a nice bit of weight relief off scattergun whos a big show..Tawqeet /Molotov big dangers..

Cheeky Choice..7's is good value,,has enough speed to cross them and will give a good sight...Catachuchu with finally a decent run will be close up..

El Segundo was alittle concerning...already have a bit invested for the Cox on this horse,,,,he just didnt seem to stride out,,Gauci didnt really rev him up which makes me think even he thought he wasnt travelling very well......

I hear Grey Swallow is travelling very nicely...incredible if this no name trainer can pull off one of the biggest training feats of the modern era...
they say Fairytales are made on the race track ,,,hmmm with El Segundo maybe feeling his legs and RTW sus at 2000m the track and the direction...who knows ???

Albion Park Tonight: in depth analysis
 

Race 1

What a race. this is the best 5th grade ive seen at Albion in a long time. Gunnadoo Saint ran well last time when beaten in good time and should be better off for the run. box 1 wont make too much difference to this ********** Star of Riviera has great northern rivers form of late but may just not be good enough for this field. Allrounder Fool having first start at track and also for 3 weeks. will probably be the leader at the first turn but dont think he can hang on. Adrian has run time but has lost form in last few starts and am prepared to leave him out. Technoman is going for his 6th straight and the only thing holding him back will be the yellow rug. will probably start fave. Prey for Mercy last two starts were run in exceptional time however i cant give u a true indication of the ****** as i havent seen him run yet and i dont know whether he settles on or off the pace but its hard to see a ****** that young running those times from behind. leave out 7 and 8. can run when they want to but way too much class in this race.

suggested bet.....just watch and follow these dogs in their starts to come

Race 2

Kulu Spirit has the times on the board of late and from the cherry is definitely the one to beat. Kulu Magic and Zoe Sky both chances but will need luck from their draws. Clever Tokay has average form coming in but im a big fan of this ****** and give it a chance. Blue Punisher is a classy ****** and first start over the distance can give this a real shake. May not have the fitness to win it but given a clear run early will be right in the finish. After completely non chasing early in it's career Special Diamond has produced the form its breeding suggested it would. loves the 8, track and distance and will definitely be in the first 3

Race 3

Miss Becky Blue hasn't been running that impressively of late but this is only the second time shes drawn the 1 in her career. definite chance. Viva La Feva my pick for the race. only query is the 6 weeks off but first up should lead and when this ****** leads it wins. Youtar Rock for top trainer John Dart is a definite eachway chance. Optimum Angel loves the track and distance and will love the vacant box inside it

Race 4

Seldom Home needs to lead to win and with bad t/d record im prepared to chance however with not much speed around him be wary. Postman Tommy is class ****** of field bad is sadly lacking in form. Batista has solid track record and with good early speed is a good chance despite bad draw. Cee Clay should start no better than evens after flying 29.96 win last start and has improved with every career start. only difficulty is the speedy Baronda Storm outside it. Baronda Storm has plenty of early pace but has always been risky over the 520. if u can see him getting a 4 length break down the back he'll win.

Race 5

Driftalong as his form for the t/d suggests (9:0-5-3) is a good eachway and the 1 box helps. Linear's Boy getting old in the tooth but chucks in a win every now and then. Compliant just hasnt lived up to his tag and has changed kennels but in such a weak field u cant write him off. Tricode Intent won from the same draw a week ago and with little pace inside it can repeat that effort.

Race 6

Dont like the race. Hollywood Look has solid Ipswich form but the litter is doesnt look ready to run 520 at Albion yet. Spot Rocks has solid albion park win under his belt two starts ago and for top qld trainer Tony Zammit is in with a chance. On the times of his Ballarat wins Fred Basset should win easy and will start the favourite but his 2 starts on two turn tracks were less than impressive. Miss Hawkins place chance.

Race in 2 and im not scared to say it. Miss Grub and Quidame have it all over this field. I tend to lean towards Miss Grub. Quidame will lead but i don't like her at Albion Park. It's a much tougher run than her last couple at Wenty and Miss Grub is a much better ****** at Albion than her Wenty defeats behind Quidame

Race 8

Tough race. Token Jet hasn't been hitting his quick Albion Park form of late but did break the Lismore track record in the cup heats only 2 months ago. i'm prepared to risk him but it wont surprise me if he breaks the 30 mark. Ellie's Diamond is as honest as they come. She doesnt show the early toe she did early in her career but has the best field sense of the 8 runners and can run time on her night. Majority Rules is coming off a near track record run at the Gold Coast but i have alway been of the opinion this ****** needs an inside draw despite that run coming from the 7 box, the exact same draw he has tonight. Tad Smarter is my selection for the race. Probably doesnt have the class of the 3 forementioned but is 3rd up from a spell and after winning in quick time over the 395 and a solid 30.32 win looks primed for this. Has won 2 from 3 from the 8 box

Tough race full of ordinary dogs. I've been on He's Got Nothin' his last 6 starts and he's let me down so i think its time to let him go. No COnspiracy has improved last few starts and is honest. Ive never liked any of the Tomeels dogs but they do win so Tomeels Tam has to be given a chance. Southern Swooper after two solid wins at the track cant be overlooked

Race 10

The lucky last offers my best bet of the night so hopefully we're not broke by then. Steele Diamond has matured since it's younger days and although the cherry isn't its favourite draw it cant be overlooked. Tricode Queen has eachway hopes. I've followed Category One since its first start and am a huge supporter of it and trainer John Jeffreys techniques. Was wrapped in his last run when running quick time over the t/d. Spring Prince is quick early but weak as ********.

Hey guys how's the big carnival treating everyone?

Two bets tommorow and probably an all up at that.

Brian the Brave - Backed off the map at first run for nearly a year in Sydney showed great fight when only just going down to the handy Mystifies giving it 7.5 kg, might get a price due to second-up syndrome but did bolt in his only 2nd up run by 3 lengths. Look for Arnold to lead and win.

Murray Downs- Not a big wrap for the horse, but a big wrap for him in this race tommorow. His record shows he flies 1st up 5 starts 4 wins, but i've seen all his runs and can tell you he's an absolute freak 1st up, he's broken or nearly broken the track record in those wins. He will likely sit outside or just behind the pacey Bon Hoffa, but look for him to cruise past in the straight with young Murphy's claim.

Good luck tommorow guys, hope On a Juene can get up for you Luv2, but i think he's a risk tommorow, huge chance though 1st Tuesday in November.
