Turns out Kevin Forrester had not retired but unfortunately might now
Kevin Forrester due to have surgery to repair a fractured pelvis after falling during trackwork at Cranbourne on Wednesday

bizarre! the horse he was riding just darted through an opening in the rail then launched himself into the air & falling to the ground

Looked like the horse took a dislike to Forrester, dumped him, got up quickly & went back onto the track, heading home.

Obviously no short or long term harm to the horse. Fabulanski set to race at Caulfield tomorrow.

The Victoria Derby was Fabulanski's original target but he may not be forward enough now due to that Forrester incident.

Didn't do much yesterday although he did race wide without cover, middle stages
