Pretty keen on IGOTTHELASTONE in race 6 at randwick today.
Had a nice win at taree first up were it did it easy over 1000, out to 1400 today should suit nicely, hasnt got the barrier in his favour but should have the speed to get across and take a sit. There will be a coulpe they will come for here and should get nice e/w odds.

Good luck today...

luv2bet 26th January 2006 12:59 PM

Also Laoded vice in Darwin, is a mates horse who just keeps doin the job. Should be there at the finish, won 60k now, not bad for a 3k horse...

Mr ed 27th January 2006 11:36 PM

Like a couple tommorow.

Live in Vain - Very classy animal who went super when in unsuitable position fresh, last time in he showed how good he was with some very impressive performances including winning second up and winning down the straight, both big plusses. He can lead or take a sit and looks the horse to beat for mine.

Dr Bob - This bloke did a tremendous job last start when he was harrased by the erratic Pugnacious the whole way, still booted clear on the turn and while the opposition wasn't much and he only won by a slender margin, they were really entitled to catch him. It always takes him a few runs but once this boy hits fitness and form he stays with it; last time in work he strung some comprehensive wins together at Bendigo and Cranbourne then some very unlucky placings like his neck second to the very good Emerald Jack at Warnambool. He looks well placed in the Highweight race tommorow, danger might be Doublem who's form around Bronc now looks pretty good and gets to his right distance.

Good Luck tommorow guys, and did anyone see Miss Starnee's race on Thursday i backed her but missed seeing or hearing the race, does it look like she can win again.

Cheers ED

Mr ed 30th January 2006 11:53 PM

No good Saturday, a scratching and a second.

Having my biggest go for a while in Call me Archie tommorow. His run to win at only his second start was very impressive, when the caller actually called him as the wrong horse over the line. He led and had plenty left on the line. The formlines out of that Warnambool race are also impressive with Burning Arch winning at Bendigo and Whiskey and Rye running a gallant second at Terang in a C1 with 58kg. Likely favorite for the race will be Variana who bolted in last start by around 7 lengths hard held, but beware it was only a field of three and the others are walkers.

From barrier 1 tommorow, i expect Call me Archie to lead again and even if she's pressured be too nippy for the rest, $2.50 or better looks fair.

Cheers ED

I've had a guess tonite in the quaddie legs for a small outlay of $10-00.
Too tuckered out to be bothered analysing the form in depth.
1st. leg. Poignant-Kapil.
2nd. leg.-Picket Fence-Corporal Nediym
3rd. leg. -Spinney
4th leg. Long Walk-Pure Satisfaction-Incinerator-Jayemzed-Riviera Reveller.
$10-00/50c.

mad 3rd February 2006 08:12 PM

2 from 2 so far. You're not gonna jag two quaddies in one day are ya? Fingers crossed.
Upon further examination "Time Matters" could be a danger in the next. Worth inclusion?

So far so good. If Spinney can win, should get some excitement out of 5 chances in the last.
Going to analyse the next race for a saver with Spinney out of 1st place.

Wish I'd known I was going to pick the 1st 2 legs on top.
Could have loaded this leg.
Like Well Noted, Prayer Time, Time Matters, Great steps.

DAMN. wasted $15-00 saving there.
Can't believe this run I'm having. 6 winners and a 2nd from past 7 selections on top today.
Even the experts would be hard pressed to beat that. (brag, brag)

mad 3rd February 2006 08:40 PM

Chit man, i'll have my fingers crossed for ya in the last.

Not gonna bother trying to save in the last with 5 chances.
Aprrox. divs. 2, $345-00, 4, 232-00, 6, 523-00, 7, 704-00, 12, 200-00. 50c unit.

mad 3rd February 2006 08:53 PM

Pure satisfaction looked impressive on its last win, 7L or so.

mad 3rd February 2006 08:54 PM

No you're right not to. I think you're in with a HUGE chance with those selections.

Just been through the field Mad.
Definitely the most open race of the night.
Not feeling too confident in this one.
Field leg would have been handy.

mad 3rd February 2006 09:03 PM

Happy Giggleson was the only thing i thought might have a chance, but just watched it's last performance and wasn't all that impressed. Has a shot i suppose but i reckon you've got it covered with your selections. Although with that said it would be flippin' typical.

That was the last one I wanted. Jayemzed would have been a good result.

Thanks for your interest Mad. It's been fun today.

mad 3rd February 2006 09:10 PM

You little beauty... Two quaddies in one day, how bad. I'm gonna drink a couple of beers for ya now (not that i need an excuse, LOL).

Thanks mad. I posted just before you.

mad 3rd February 2006 09:20 PM

Has been fun. Always good when you get a couple of nice winners. Hopefully we can continue tommorrow and take some of my money back from these bookies. Heck maybe even some of the old crew might drop by and we'll have a party.

Mr ed 3rd February 2006 09:39 PM

Hey guys, i really like All Bar One tommorow, although he is a speed horse the step up to 1200 really suits as now although he's drawn awkwardly he looks the likely leader anyway, he is genuinely a class above the field he meets tommorow and for some reason Beasley rode him dead at the MM meeting. He is definately the one they have to get past tommorow.
