From what I've read Dubai might not happen for Black Caviar. The number one overseas stable goal is to win at Royal Ascot in England. Dubai could happen if it did not interfere with this goal.

Been confirmed, Peter Moody has shelved plans to run Black Caviar at the Dubai World Cup meeting.
