Looks very familiar that sentence........ except I have backed it and it's never suited (or saluted) in any race (I've backed it in anyway....!) :D

Very, very ordinary and costly conveyance that one....... (You have been warned Mav ;) )

I've been lucky. I think I've only backed it twice and one of those was it's only win. It does look suited today and if it was any horse but Chut, it'd be a top chance.

Struggling for a winner at the moment guys so take these as you please.

Thin and Crispy, looked a real class act last start at ballarat demolishing a very handy C3 field in a race worth big money. The win was even more impressive when you look at the pattern of racing that day and nothing was making ground from behind. Really like the way Tenfold found the line first up but at this stage can't see it troubling Thin and Crispy.

Evilweb, was beaten as very short priced favorite at Crannie last start but didn't have any luck. She never looked comfortable that day and was trapped 3 wide the trip, looked gone around the bend but boxed on like a tiger to run a close second. The start before she gave jestajewel a massive break at the 200 but reeled in many many lengths to only go down a half head. Jestajewel did go hard and was entitled to tire but the way evilweb came out of the pack and went after her was very impressive. She was nominated saturday in Readyforcatherines race and wisely scratched, this race looks infinately easier.

Good punting today guys, i also like Mi Casa Mav

Unfortunately, a couple of wet tracks today. And no Darren Beadman or Paul Harvey to depend on. Anyway, here's a few to think about:

If you don't mind backing maidens in the wet, there's a couple you could look at for Doomben. Race 1-5 CRACKLE DASH looks the goods, with 12 Degner & 8 Our Favourite Miss the dangers. Then in Race 4, number 5 JUST ORDAINED to beat 7 Rojah Flower (5,7,8 - 1,6). The wet track has dented my confidence in Brisbane though.

At Cheltenham, depending on the price, Race 6-1 HEADLAND could be a good bet. 3 from 3 first up and his class is simply a notch above these. He should be too fast (1,2,3 - 9,8).

At Sandown, I'm quite confident about Race 4-1 THIN AND CRISPY. Looks very promising. Tenfold and Gaelic Lad possible dangers. (1,4,2 - 7,10) In Race 5, I'm looking at 4 EVILWEB from 2 Be Delicious. Then in Race 6, I think there could possibly be each way value with 10 KRASKY. 11 Dance At Ascot & 3 Chut the main dangers.

A few horses racing at Randwick that I was waiting for, but I don't like the track now. Currently slow, and possibly a downgrade imminent. I don't know what to do now. Anyway, for what it's worth, here were the ones I was looking at: R3-6 SAFWA, R4-9 MI CASA, R5-8 DIGOS, R7-9 THREE TENORS. Perhaps a little each way on these, but no great confidence now on the wet track. In the last race, perhaps you could look at a multi around the numbers 1,3,9 - 5,2,6.

Hey Ed, we like a couple of the same horses. Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Every man and his dog must have been on Crackle Dash and Thin And Crispy. Hope nobody jumped into them at those odds.
