Welcome to Pro-Punter's free horse racing ratings. We hope you find the information useful. The ratings will be provided each week by one of our form analysts. The top four horses in each of the rated races are given.

How to use the ratings:
1. Look for value from the rated horses.

2. For betting purposes the bigger the odds the better as the horses are not given in any particular order. For betting purposes they rank equally.

3. You might want to box the horses in quinellas and trifectas. That is up to you. We do not recommend doing that if one of the horses is at short tote odds. You will get well under the odds (poor value) with that short priced horse in a quinella or trifecta.

4. You might also want to include some of the horses with your selections for quinellas, trifectas, first four, doubles etc.

5. All ratings will be adjusted on racedays for scratchings and latest track conditions by about 11.00 in the morning, Sydney time.

Subject: RE: [Afl] Last Wimbledon Update
Hi T.
I had bets on six games, including Sydney. Took West Coast as well as Essendon, Geelong, Port and Hawthorn. Missed Brisbane inadvertently. Great weekend, with profits of 73% of bank, taking total for season to 212%. Now to try and hang on to the profits, especially as it's shaping up as a big weekend of betting again. Had something on Malisse and watched Scud until I flaked at 1:30am, when they were one game each.
Cheers, Max.

Subject: [Afl] Footy quad.
Computer picks the winners of the footy quad again, if not the margin. Geelong(42 pts), Port (46pts), Collingwood (33pts), Brisbane (15 pts). Dividend for $1 was $9,719.70. I think the computer has now done this 2 times since round 10? James, can you confirm how many times the computer has picked the four winners in the Quad this season?

I took one selection on Geelong, two on Port, two on Collingwood and one on Brisbane, using the computer's margin as a guide. Still missed out, damn!

Footywin returns were good if you backed all the computer's picks from 0 to 36 pts, e.g $1 on each each bracket 0-12 pts and 13 to 36 pts you would have... Collected on Essendon $7.30, Collingwood $3.00, Brisbane $9.60. Lost on Geelong ($8.60) and Port ($2.50) (Returns are for $1) Running total would be $19.90. Will have a closer look in regards to footy quad betting.

Make Money from Football

Everyone thinks they're an expert on the footy. But being able to actually make money long term betting on the footy is not so simple. Just ask the tote and sports bookies who take all the punters' money.

Now's your chance to beat them.

We've all heard of Associate Professor Stephen Clarke, of Swinburne University Department of Sports Statistics, the man behind the high profile Swinburne University footy tipping computer.

Not only has he joined our team, but he is now making available an AFL Football betting package using his information.

You will also have access to an active Users' Group to help you be successful. Professor Clarke is also involved with this discussion group.

Huge betting value is often available because:

1. Many supporters bet with emotion and loyalty to their clubs.
2. We are betting into markets well below 110%.
