A massive day. There were three bets for two winners, Strawberry Malt, $9.00 and Terravue, $6.00 - up to $6.70 on the tote! Betting to prices, an outlay of 57 units returned 262 units for a profit of 360% on the day! What a way to finish before our annual break for the next few weeks.

These selections won again, but there was no $50.00 winner like two weeks earlier. From the 24 bets the best winner was Single Rose, $9.00, at Eagle Farm.

Gold Specials - Sydney/Melbourne:

There were five bets. We backed two winners, Butten Shaw, $4.60 and Stratton Place, $4.60. Based on our recommended betting to prices staking, we outlaid 160 units and got back 211.6 units for a profit of 51.6 units. Profit on turnover for the day was 32%.

Top Rated Specials - Brisbane/Adelaide:

There were two bets for one winner, Minassi, $4.40. Betting to prices, an outlay of 49 units returned 105.6 units for a profit on turnover of 116% for the day.

Poseidon Selections

These selections won again. From the 25 bets there were seven winners, the best being Threeofakind at Cheltenham which paid up to $8.80 on the tote.

Odds available about the other winners were: $7.00, $6.00, $3.80, $3.50, $2.30 and $1.65.

These selections had a wonderful day. From the 18 bets the highlight was the win at Rosehill of Mind The Step which started at $51.00!

There were also two additional winners with odds of $7.00 and $2.70 available.

Please note:
We provide guidelines to new members on using our betting information for first fours and trifecta betting.

In our newsletters here we have at times indicated how some first fours and trifectas could have been obtained. However on racedays some judgement and skill are needed for this.

For example the same betting method will not work each race, such as boxing selections, or taking the top horse as a standout to win. Some races will also need to be avoided because the odds are not there.

Even with good information playing trifectas and first fours is not a licence to print money. Intelligent use of the information and a lot of discipline is required.

While there can be substantial collects for relatively small outlays there can also be long runs of outs with various betting methods used.
