Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.
Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Warwick Farm
God's Own:
This Redoubte's Choice 2YO colt could be well above average. Having his first race he had a soft win by over two lengths.
Midnight City:
Midnight City has a touch of class. He won the Listed Gold Coast Ken Russell Memorial Classic by four lengths in May last year and then finished second in the Group 1 Sires' Produce Stakes held at Eagle Farm. Trainer Tim Martin must be thrilled. This 3YO gelding is back. Showing quick acceleration to round up the field, he convincingly won first up at Warwick Farm after more than a year off.
Caulfield
Point Made:
An excellent second up run by this Brian Mayfield-Smith trained 2YO colt. Point Made is ready to win next start.
Wildly:
This John McArdle trained 3YO gelding ran an excellent third in the Listed Sir John Monash Stakes. Wildly is fit and ready to win.
Absolute Heaven:
This Morphettville trained 4YO mare ran a strong third when brought to Caulfield. She has five wins and four placings from 12 starts. She showed on Saturday that she will certainly hold her own in Melbourne mares Saturday class.
Eagle Farm
Imperialism:
Contesting a Listed Handicap over 1600 metres, this 4YO gelding finsihed a close third to Terrace and Consular. Imperialsim has been a model of consistency. He hasn't finished further back than fourth in his last 10 starts.
Morphettville
Aerated:
This talented filly is building up quite a handy record for herself in Adelaide. On Saturday she was too good for the fillies and had a comfortable win. She now has four wins and three seconds from just 13 starts.
