Make Money Betting Horses
Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.
Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Here are the latest runners to be added to our Horse Watch list.
Randwick
Mentality:
This 2YO John Hawkes trained gelding has yet to win a race. But judging by his second to Casino Prince, a win can't be far away.
Flying Pegasus:
David Payne could have a very smart 3YO colt. He was just too good in the Group 2 Royal Sovereign Stakes for the hotpot, Racing To Win.
Moonee Valley
Spinney:
This 3YO gelding is yet another classy John Hawkes' trained conveyance. He won the Group 2 Alister Clark Stakes over 1600 metres in style. Spinney's time was 0.93 seconds faster than Candy Vale took to win the following race, the Mares Group 2 Weight for Age Diamond Jubilee Stakes. Could Spinney become a Cox Plate horse? Time will tell. Spinney now has won four of his five starts.
Cheltenham
Hurricane Dancer:
She looks like a pretty smart 3YO filly in the Adelaide racing scene. Resuming from a spell she won at the amazing odds of $11.50 on SuperTab. Here career record is now three wins and two seconds from only five starts.
Chickaloo:
This tough 5YO gelding resumed in Adelaide Listed company over 1450 metres. Starting with the bookmakers at $8.00, he ran a great second to Rosden. Don't let Chickaloo get under your guard when brought to Melbourne. At the luxury odds of $16.00, he was only beaten by a half length in the Group 3 Sandown Stakes in November last year.
