Here are the latest runners to be added
to our Horse Watch list.
Warwick Farm
Shania Dane:
This John Hawkes' trained 3YO filly ran a great second to Lotteria in the Group 2 Surround Stakes.
Falkirk:
He has now had two runs in from a spell. This 4YO John O'Shea trained horse should be primed to win his next race. Falkirk has the excellent strike rate of six wins from 12 starts.
Moonee Valley
Opportunity:
This Tony Vasil trained 2YO filly could be something special. At Moonee Valley she was given no peace in the lead, fought off the challenges and went away for a very soft win. She ran faster time for the 1200 metres than the Open Class gallopers two races earlier.
Dizelle:
This John Hawkes' trained 3YO filly is bred to be a champion, being out of Zabeel and Danelagh. After finishing third in a midweek 3YO Fillies Class 3 at Warwick Farm, John Hawkes threw her in the deep end - a Moonee Valley 3YO Fillies Group 2. Dizelle wasn't told about the rise in class and went on to cause a massive upset by winning, defeating Hollow Bullet, last year's VRC Oaks winner.
