Make Money Betting Horses
Many astute punters use a simple horse racing betting system to back plenty of winners at excellent odds, as well as successfully betting trifectas, first fours, doubles etc. They simply note the key runs of a few select horses each week and black book them. Then betting smart, they follow them.
Each week we will give some runs worth noting by horses from Saturday's racing. Keep a record of the horses, bet smart and you too could back some big winners.

Sandown Hillside
Sandown Guineas Day
Strata Title:
Danny O'Brien's above average filly didn't have the best of luck in the Listed Twilight Glow Stakes at Sandown and finished a close third to Divine Madonna. Don't let Strata Title get under your guard. She looks a sure thing to win a big race.
Zankel:
Sent out the $4.20 favourite in the Group 3 Sandown Stakes, the Brian Mayfield-Smith trained Zankel also didn't have the best of luck. He was a good thing beaten, finishing second by a short neck to Titanic Jack.
Rosehill
Catchadane:
This 5YO gelding ran a bold and unlucky fourth from the widest barrier, 14, over 1500 metres. The good odds of $26.00 was bet about him! Kylie Gavenlock knows how to prepare a city winner. Catchadane has been a model of consistency, with five wins and four placings at 12 starts. .
Doomben
Man Of Illusion:
If ever there was a future star it is this 4YO horse. Backed from $8.00 to $6.00 he bolted in an 1110 metres restricted handicap by six lengths in class record time. More importantly he ran the outstanding time of 1:03.05, only one tenth of a second outside Star Of Florida's track record. Man Of Illusion now has five wins from seven starts.
