Rosehill
Lord Bubbles:
The Gai Waterhouse trained 3YO gelding looked all class in his second win from two starts.
Blizzardly:
Gai Waterhouse has big expectations about this 2YO filly. At her first start she bolted in by four lengths.
Viovide:
A consistent John hawkes' trained 4YO gelding. Viovide is at peak fitmess now after four runs this campaign.
Moonee Valley
Perfectly Ready:
This Mick Price trained 2YO colt was backed for a fortune when having his first race start at Moonee Valley. He won easily eased down. Perfectly Ready is considered to be well above average and is being aimed at the Blue Diamond.
Majestic Flush:
He had no luck in the Open Handicap and finished a close second to Moonee Valley specialist, Dandy Kid.
Play To Win:
Astute Morphettville trainer Mark Kavanagh doesn't bring horses to Melbourne just for fun. It was a tough win by Play To Win, who started from barrier 10 of 11. It was the 4YO gelding's sixth win from 11 starts. He made the $10.00 odds on offer look very generous.
