Dance The Waves:
A good first up second by this 4YO gelding. He raced on the inferior going near the rails.
Falkirk:
This John O'Shea trained 4YO horse is going to create a lot of interest during the Spring Carnival racing. He won in brilliant fashion first up, defeating Private Steer and Grand Armee. Falkirk now has six wins from nine starts.

Classiconi:
After being badly held up he flew home. What a good thing beaten. Classiconi has now had two runs in and is fit and ready to win.
Spark Of Life:
He didn't appear overly comfortable on the tight turning Moonee Valley circuit. But that didn't stop this emerging champion from winning the Group 1 Manikato Stakes. Spark Of Life now has the outstanding record of eight wins from ten starts.
Yell:
This John Hawkes trained 5YO gelding finished strongly for second in the Manikato Stakes. He will be third up next start and ready to win.
She's Archie:
Last year's Melbourne Cup runner up won in brilliant style at Moonee Valley. She could well be vying for Melbourne Cup favouritism after that win.

Abu Simbel:
This well bred Gerald Ryan trained 3YO Danewin colt came with a strong finish to win a slowly run race which favoured the leaders. That was his third win from four starts. this colt could be going places.
Special Song:
He was wide throughout and beaten a nose by Uncle Shamos. A good thing beaten.

This Tony McEvoy trained 3YO gelding had no luck and still won. That was his third win from four starts.
