Randwick
Dane Shakira:
An excellent first up run by this 5YO mare. She did win the Group 3 Ipswich Cup in June last year.
Moonee Valley
Reannag:
This Tony McEvoy trained filly won her first start at Morphettville by five lengths. She was then brought to Moonee Valley where she finished last of the five runners. Ignore that as she couldn't get a run in the straight. She could be a great value bet next start.
Doomben
Cocolare:
A big first up run by this 2YO filly at double figure odds. She missed out by a half head. Don't let her get under your guard.
Morphettville
Southern Class:
This lightly raced 5YO mare ran an excellent first up second over the Morphettville 1050. If she stays sound she looks certain to pick up some wins. She has won five of her 13 starts.
Moet Magic:
Another good first up run. this 3YO filly, with excellent West Australian form, took on the Open Class gallopers and finished second to King's Arch. Moet Magic also has an outstanding strike rate - three wins and seven placings from just 11 starts.
