Randwick
Baranbali:
Nothing went right for this 2YO filly at her first start. Despite that she was only beaten a neck by Permissive.
Jymcarew:
This Bob Thomsen trained 3YO gelding returned from a spell with an impressive second after being badly inconvenienced at the 600.
Moonee Valley
Beaujolais Prince:
A lightly raced 5YO gelding. He worked hard and was just run down by My Gibreel.
Watchyerback:
After a seven lengths win in a Traralgon 3YO maiden this promising gelding was brought to Moonee Valley. He was well supported in the betting ring and didn't disappoint, winning by three lengths.
Eagle Farm
Birthday Bash:
This 3YO gelding was competitive in Listed and Group 1 company last time in. So it was no surprise when he returned from a spell of five months that he was too good in a 3YO Class 6, despite carrying top weight of 59.5kg.
