2. Horses resuming from a spell qualify as bets if you can get $8.00.

3. Horses having their first race start qualify as bets if you can get $8.00.

4. If a horse was a beaten favourite at its last start in its current campaign it qualifies as a bet at its next start provided you can get at least $5.00.

5. If a horse is having its first start in another state it is a bet at $5.00.

6. If a horse is a last start winner in its current campaign it is a bet at $6.00 at its next start.

7. Keep a very close watch on all his other horses which are $8.00 or more.
