The Improvers Free Horse Racing Betting System
This quick pick horse racing betting system has regularly found good winners in the city. It aims to find horses getting fitter and ready to win.
Here are the rules.
1. The horse is now having its third run from a spell.
2. It must have finished second to fourth and closer to the winner second up than first up, but won neither race.
3. Its second up run must have been in the city.
4. Its second up run must be no longer than one month after its fiirst up run and its third up run must be no longer than one month after its second up run.
5. The horse must not have finished more than two lengths from the winner at its second up run.
6. Back the horse at good odds and include in trifectas/doubles etc.
7. Avoid short priced favourites.
