Betting System

This quick pick selection method aims to find horses that have been discarded by punters because of their weight. Here are the rules.

1. The horse must have at least 60kg.

2. It must be ridden by a non claiming jockey - that means a senior jockey or an apprentice who no longer has a claim, not a claiming apprentice in a non claiming race.

3. It must either be resuming from a break of at least two months or in the first four runs of its preparation.

4. The horse must be in good form this preparation or last preparation if first up.

5. If first up it must have previously won first up or run 50% placings first up.

6. Minimum odds must be at least $11.00. This is very important. We will leave the short priced, poorly handicapped animals alone.

These are the basics which will lead you into some big winners and placegetters that other punters ignore because they have too much weight.
